Exchanges (if applicable)
We exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@wlthycloth.com with details of the order and the defective item within 7 days of receiving it. We will reply with instructions on how to return the item.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
